We operate a full-time kitting operation, offering both automated and custom hand-assembled kits tailored to our clients’ specific needs.
Since the 1980s, we’ve provided VMI services—managing inventory directly at our clients’ facilities to reduce the workload on their purchasing departments and improve supply chain efficiency.
Whether it’s placing a conex box on a large data center project or setting up a clamshell with bins on a smaller site, we provide scalable inventory solutions to meet any job’s demands. We’ve supported projects so extensive that they required dedicated personnel to manage inventory, with multiple deliveries and restocks daily — including weekends. No matter the scale, we ensure your site stays supplied and running smoothly.
Our capabilities include rolling threads onto smooth bar stock to pitch diameter using our thread rolling machine. We also offer thread cutting services, which allow for increased thread lengths and the ability to turn virtually any smooth bar into a custom threaded fastener.
We manufacture Nut Tack anchor bolts in-house, built to standard or custom specifications. Our capabilities also include a wide range of anchor assemblies, accommodating special thread lengths, plate washers, and other unique configurations. Whatever your project requires, we can deliver precise, tailored solutions.
With four bandsaws (including two automatic saws), we perform high-volume cutting of threaded rods and anchor bolts daily, ensuring quick turnaround and precision cuts
Our on-site testing lab is fully equipped to test fasteners and related items. In 2024, we made a significant investment in upgrading both our equipment and staffing to ensure our lab meets the highest standards for quality assurance and reliability.
