The Nuts & Bolts America Story

Richard “Dick” Morrison and his wife and partner Jeanne took ownership of Nuts & Bolts, Inc. in 1987, the company had previously operated under the name Centaur Systems for many years.

Jeanne Morrison

Dick and Jeanne had a vision for their company and wanted to bring the strong and positive ideas they had learned during their years of employment for others. Having spent 20 years in the electrical distribution business, Dick had a dream of someday owning his own business. Jeanne’s experience came from accounting and management. Dick and Jeanne came to realize that the people that were brought into the Nuts & Bolts family were their most valuable asset. Over the years they have been blessed by a team of loyal and dedicated staff.

In 2008 we were able to build our own building and warehouse to fit our growing needs. In 2017, we relocated to our current facility in Hilltop Industrial Park, which spans 80,000 square feet and houses over $7 million in inventory. We owe all of our success to God and our loyal customers.

Our Son Joshua, now Vice President in charge of sales, joined the company in 1994. He has added another level of success by his knowledge of the fastener industry and business ethics.

Dick served his country in Vietnam and as a disabled veteran, he continued his service as a voice for veterans and their families both locally and nationally.

It is no secret that Nuts & Bolts, Inc. is a company built on integrity with a love of God and country.

Over the years, our business has continued to grow. Take some time to meet our fantastic team members and get to know the Nuts and Bolts Family.
